Meeting audio is sensitive. Echo Notes is designed so that recordings stay on your device, and any transcript sharing for premium AI features happens only when you explicitly use those features.

Meeting titles, dates, durations, and transcripts are stored locally. If you use premium AI summaries, transcript text is processed temporarily and is not stored after the response is returned.
Sensitive account and subscription details are stored using the device's secure storage mechanisms.
Choose to keep or delete audio files after transcription. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
