Zombie Blast Cart

Terms of use

Version: 14 September 2026. These documents cover Zombie Blast Cart, displayed on devices as Zombie Cart.

Privacy enquiries: contact@mindmotiontech.com

1. Scope and eligibility

These terms describe the use of Zombie Blast Cart and its optional in-app items. The game is intended for players aged 13 or older. A higher regional store age rating must also be respected. If you are a minor legally entitled to use the game, involve a parent or guardian where your local law or store rules require it, including for purchases. You must comply with the applicable store rules.

2. Licence and permitted use

For the Google Play version, the publisher grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to install and use the game for personal entertainment on compatible devices you control, subject to these terms and Google Play rules. You may not resell the game, falsely claim ownership of its assets, distribute unauthorised copies or interfere with purchase verification. Restrictions do not prevent uses permitted by mandatory law or by applicable open-source licences.

For the App Store version, the software licence is governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. These terms supplement the information about our game, purchases and support; they do not replace that licence or reduce your mandatory consumer rights. Apple is not the provider of our gameplay or customer support.

3. Gameplay, compatibility and local progress

The game is single-player. Core gameplay can operate offline; purchases, restoration and ads require an internet connection and available provider services. Device and OS requirements are shown in the store listing. Progress and settings are local. There is no publisher-provided cross-device or cross-platform campaign synchronisation. Removing app data, changing devices or losing a device may lose local progress. Operating-system backup behaviour varies and is not a promised cloud-save feature.

4. Optional purchases

The production store offers the permanent paint package and Tesla Wagon package described on the purchase screen. These are one-time digital-content purchases, not subscriptions. The displayed store price and currency and the checkout confirmation govern your transaction. A purchase is completed through Apple or Google; content is enabled after the transaction is confirmed. A cancelled or pending transaction does not immediately grant an item.

“Permanent” means an unlock without a recurring fee or a timed expiry in the game. It is not a promise that every future device or operating-system version will be supported. Your statutory rights concerning digital content, conformity and required updates remain unaffected. Virtual items have no cash redemption value and are not transferable outside the game.

Use Restore Purchases in Settings or Store with the same platform store account to recover eligible permanent content. Restoration does not recover campaign progress or promise a transfer between iOS and Android. A refund or revocation can remove the corresponding purchase entitlement. Do not buy again merely because delivery is delayed: first restore or contact support.

Paid run supplies and your optional account

Pulse and Armor are repeatable consumable purchases, each providing ten boosted runs. Pulse adds 3 extra pulses per enabled run; Armor adds 150 shield per enabled run. Each product has a US base price of USD 0.99; local store pricing and checkout govern the amount charged. Sign in with Google or, on iOS, Apple before purchasing supplies. Credits do not expire. One credit of each enabled boost is consumed when its run starts, including abandoned runs; switching a boost off before starting preserves that credit.

Remaining supplies are held by RevenueCat and recovered by signing in with the same game account after reinstalling. Restore Purchases is for eligible permanent items, not a way to replenish consumed packs. An interrupted start can be recovered using Recover pending run; do not start a new purchase to resolve a pending run. A confirmed launch whose response is lost can count as an abandoned run. Deleting your game account removes remaining supplies. Refunds may remove the corresponding currency grant or permanent unlock; contact support if the resulting balance is unexpected. Signing in never synchronises campaign progress.

5. Optional rewarded ads

You choose whether to watch an ad for the benefit stated before playback, such as a pulse or an extra chance in the current run. The ad provider must confirm that the reward was earned. Merely opening or closing an ad does not guarantee a reward. Availability can depend on your connection, region, privacy choices and available ads. You can continue ordinary gameplay without ads or purchases.

6. Refunds, complaints and consumer rights

For a payment or refund request, use Apple's purchase support or Google Play's refund process, as applicable. You may also contact contact@mindmotiontech.com for delivery problems, defects or complaints. Provide the product, approximate date and order reference if available, and describe the problem and requested resolution. We may request only the additional information needed to investigate. We respond within any applicable statutory deadline.

Refund eligibility and withdrawal rights depend on your location and the transaction. Where an immediate digital-content supply can end a withdrawal right, that exception applies only when the legal requirements, including any necessary express consent and acknowledgment, have been satisfied. These terms do not themselves waive that right. Legal remedies for defective or non-conforming content, including repair, price reduction, termination or refund where applicable, are preserved. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Updates and availability

Updates may fix errors, improve security or change gameplay. We provide updates required by applicable law. Where a material change to paid content requires notice, consent or another remedy, we follow those requirements. We do not promise that optional third-party ads will always be available. If you experience loss of purchased access, contact us rather than deleting local progress as a first troubleshooting step.

8. Privacy, ending use and disputes

Our Privacy Policy explains processing and your choices. Reading or accepting these terms is not advertising consent. You can stop using and uninstall the game at any time; uninstalling is not a refund request or automatic deletion of third-party records. Any restriction of access for misuse must respect applicable law and cannot remove mandatory consumer remedies.

Mandatory consumer protection and court rights in your country remain available. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, waive collective remedies or require consumers to bring claims exclusively in the publisher's country. Contact us first if you wish to seek an informal resolution; doing so is not a condition of exercising your rights.

9. Changes to these terms

The current text is available in the game and on the publisher's website. Changes are dated and material changes are notified as required. New wording does not retrospectively remove rights attached to earlier purchases. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
