Optional game account
You can optionally sign in with Google or, on iOS, Apple through Firebase Authentication. We process your provider identifier, verified email address and any display name provided to maintain your game account. Ordinary gameplay does not require sign-in. Local saves, purchase-service records and correspondence are different types of data. You can request deletion of personal data held for the game without registering an account.
Delete your game account
In Settings, select Delete account and confirm. Recent sign-in may be required. This deletes your Firebase game identity when account deletion is available. Apple account deletion asks you to sign in again to revoke your authorization. Your campaign save remains on this device. Deleting the account also deletes its linked RevenueCat customer and Firestore supply records. Remaining supplies are lost when the account is deleted. Store payment records remain subject to the store’s retention rules. Signing out alone does not delete your account.
1. Remove data on your device
On Android, use system Settings → Apps → Zombie Cart → Storage → Clear storage/data (names vary by device). On iOS, deleting the app removes its local app data; offloading the app can retain it. Review your operating-system backup settings separately. These actions may permanently remove your campaign, settings and locally saved information. They do not request a refund, cancel a store transaction or automatically erase data held by service providers.
2. Request deletion from the publisher
Email contact@mindmotiontech.com with the subject “Zombie Blast Cart — privacy request”. Tell us whether your request concerns a purchase record, previous support correspondence or another type of data, and whether you use iOS or Android. A purchase date and product or order reference can help locate purchase records. Do not send passwords or full card information. We may ask for proportionate verification, and will explain if we cannot locate your records without further information.
After verification, we delete or anonymise personal data under our control that is no longer required and instruct relevant processors, including RevenueCat where applicable. We explain any exception for a legal obligation or legal claim, including the applicable retention criteria. Deleting a purchase-service record may affect verification or restoration; if you later use the game or restore with your store account, the services may create a new record to provide that request. Deletion does not itself refund a purchase.
3. Provider-held records and ad choices
Apple and Google may retain their own store, payment, security or advertising records under their policies and obligations. You can contact them using the privacy links in our Privacy Policy. We can assist with requests concerning the game's use of these services, but do not promise to erase records outside our control. Withdrawing consent and deleting historical data are separate actions.
4. Response and other rights
We respond within applicable legal deadlines, normally one month for a GDPR request. If an extension is legally permitted, we explain it within that month. You may also request access, correction, portability or restriction, or object to relevant processing. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority. Further details are in our Privacy Policy.
